1. Services

PressOn provides laundry, dry cleaning, steam pressing and related garment care services with doorstep pickup and delivery in Rewari and nearby areas. Service availability may vary by location and demand.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are indicative starting prices and may vary based on fabric, size, condition and quantity. The final price is confirmed at the time of pickup or billing. Payment can be made by cash on delivery, UPI or online.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and delivery times are scheduled at mutually convenient slots. While we aim for a 24–48 hour turnaround, timelines may vary during peak periods, holidays or due to fabric-specific treatment.

4. Garment Care & Liability

We handle every garment with utmost care. However, certain items may carry inherent risks during cleaning (colour bleeding, shrinkage or pre-existing damage). In the rare event of loss or damage caused by us, our liability is limited as per standard industry practice, and claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Offers & Discounts

Promotional offers such as PRESS20 are valid for eligible orders only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated. PressOn reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers at any time.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a pickup before our executive is dispatched. Please inform us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone.
